Happy Feet 👣
Spring has sprung…at least most days…but we know how it kinda volleys back and forth.Â
So I have some good ole advice, regardless what the weather is doing.
It’s time to get those tootsies ready for sandals.
And I have just the thing you need.
Tickle Your Feet foot butter to the rescue.
Your feet have been bundled up all winter, now is the time to give them some TLC. Â Â Â Â
Ok, Sage Sisters, how many of us have cracked heels and feet?Â
It's frustrating and embarrassing, right?
Our feet have carried us far - up and down the stairs of our homes a million times, through trail runs and garden walks, across the sands of our favorite beaches - it's time we show them some proper love and care!
Tickle Your Feet Foot Butter is the miracle worker your footsies need.
But first we exfoliateÂ
Whip up a simple scrub
1/4 cup slightly melted coconut oil
8 drops lavender essential oil
4 drops peppermint oil
3/4 cup sugar or salt (your preference)
Add coconut oil and essential oils to a small bowl and whisk to blended
Add sugar or salt a little at a time until it reaches the consistency of wet sand
Bottle in an airtight jar and use 1-2 times per week to exfoliate and cleanse your feet
Soak feet for 5 minutes in warm water, or while in the tub/shower
Apply a generous amount of scrub and vigorously massage into your feet, concentrating on the harder surfaces
Use a pomice stone, when needed, to help soften calluses
Then we moisturize 👣
Here comes the best part.
Grab a pair of old socks to have ready.
Now slather Tickle Your Feet Foot butter on your feet, rub it in really good.
Put the old socks on and let those feet soak up all the goodness of the coco butter and coconut oil.
Leave on for best results…overnight if you can.
The longer the better, but if 20 minutes is all ya got, do that.
